Rewatching The Big Lebowski, and decided to draw a new homage to pretty much the only likable cinematic landlord out there! Here's a new drawing of Jack Kehler as the Dude's landlord. Also, Donny is capable of time travel because he's drinking a can of Slice from 1998 in the year 1991.

@ablackcatstail It’s a gem! Only movie I can think of where the protagonist actively runs from participating in their own plot. Cult film as deserving of its fanatical following as the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and with good reason! Keep on abidin'

@SchlocklusterVideo That reminded me of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Both book and movie are true works of art in their own respective rights.
@ablackcatstail I hear that! Movie version of Fear and Loathing always felt like a spiritual cousin to Lebowski, imo: Late 90s revisiting of New Left Counter-culture VS The Establishment themes, quixotic anti-heroes stumbling aimlessly in chemical hazes, subtle undertones of existing War zeitgeists that impact the mood juxtaposed with hallucinogenic visuals; heck, I think even both of the soundtracks have the same Debbie Reynolds song!
