@Onemeatball Welcome back! I’ve found that once you get used to the purity of Mastodon, it's hard to go back to all the ads and algorithms of the other ones. What are your thoughts on the use of AI to produce one last #Beatles song?
I've been less than impressed with #AI "music" but I've got no problem with using it for cleaning up tracks. Again it boils down to the ears and sensibilities of the people using it as a tool. I didn't care for "Free as a Bird" the last post-humous Beatles release. I doubt if I'll like the new one any better, #AI or not.
@Onemeatball Completely agree. Don't forget they also released “Real Love” back in the 90s when those anthologies came out. I thought the tuning they did to John’s vocals on that track were pretty bad. We’ll see what AI does with this new one but I'm not holding my breath.
