@elk Hi! I was wondering if there’s anything on your roadmap for following an account from a different account to the one you’re currently using? E.g. I’m using account A, and would like to follow someone from account B without needing to switch over in bottom-left?
@hello_buckers That's interesting. You could join https://chat.elk.zone to discuss with others. We probably are going to have cross-accounts actions like setting up a filter for all your accounts. But having this for follow someone may be a bit much, the UI could become cluttered if we have this scheme for many actions.
@elk thanks for replying! Totally hear you about keeping the UI simple! On another iOS app I’ve used called Toot, tapping and holding on the Follow button triggers a menu that allows user to follow from other accounts. On desktop, this could perhaps be emulated by clicking and holding or perhaps a right click? Ivory also does a similar thing when you tap and hold the boost button on a toot, letting you choose from which of your accounts you’re boosting from.
